“An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest “. We have the expertise to guide you to your wisest investment plan. Do you require more information about Unit Trusts? Need to know the difference between a Retirement Annuity and a Pension? We are here to help you decipher the jargon and make the right choice for your future financial growth plans.

Unit Trusts
Unit Trusts are a way for you to invest your money. They do not demand large up-front investments; you can make a once off lump sum investment or you can choose to invest a small amount on a monthly basis. A unit trust fund is a pooled resource, which means that it allows a group of investors to combine their cash and invest it.
Endowment Funds

An endowment fund is an investment fund established by a foundation that makes consistent withdrawals from invested capital. The capital in endowment funds is generally utilized for specific needs or to further a company’s operating process. Endowment funds are usually funded by donations that are deductible for the donors.

Retirement Annuities
This is a retirement investment plan you set up as an individual, unrelated to your place of employment. A retirement annuity cannot be drawn out until you reach the age of 55 or unless death or disability occurs. A retirement annuity differs from a pension fund in that in the event of death, a retirement annuity will only pay out one third to the dependents as a lump sum, and the rest will be used towards a monthly pension.
